How much time will it take for my briadal portrait session on the day?
We are used to working under pressure, so we will work with what we are given but it’s advisable to allow between and hour and an hour and a half, this time will also include family portraits.

Can I give you a list of shots I want?
You may do so if you wish but we feel this hampers our creativity on the day. You are welcome to let us know what you would like us to focus on and we would be happy to discuss your needs. We will shoot everything we see, our aim is to capture the emotion and feel of the day rather than work from a list.

Do you take group family shots?
Yes we do. We prefer to focus first on close immediate family first including mom, dad, brothers, sisters, granny, grampa, we often find time does not allow us to capture every combination of extended family. We do however take candid shots of guests throughout the day.

Do you do table shots?
We prefer to not do table shots as this limits the time we have available to capture candid in the moment scenes throughout the reception, We do capture shots of guests throughout the day and the smile booth gives you the opportunity to have fun photos of all your guests, if you chose to take it.

Do you work with backup equipment on the day?
Yes we most certainly do! Both photographers work with backup equipment should anything go wrong on the day.

How many images will I receive?
We shoot to capture the events, emotions of the day, we make a selection of the images we feel best tell your story and then take out all the closed eyes and unflattering expressions. We don’t put a number on the amount of images we give our clients, if we’ve shot it and its good we will hand them over to you. Images however never number less than 600 shots.

Can we have our RAW files?
No, unfortunately we never hand over Raw files, they are still art in the making.

Can I expect to see our wedding on your blog?
No, we do not blog every wedding we shoot, we do however use an online gallery for this purpose that you will receive of you’re wedding.

How long will it take to get my images?
We work on a turnaround time of between 8-12weeks, always working to make that time shorter and depending on the time you take to get back to us with any album changes you may need, this turnaround will also depend on you.

How long does it take to print my album?
Approximately 3 weeks, we always try to deliver sooner!

Can I share my images with other suppliers?
We will be more than happy to get images off to your wedding day suppliers after the wedding on your request. Any images that are shared will need to be credited to Tyme.
