Since we took a little trip to Greece in our stories today, here's one of the last destination weddings we shot in Greece before lockdown.
✨
We will forever be grateful for the destinations we've visited and the beautiful families we've documented around the world.

Nothing like a S U N D A Y lunch of the weekends leftovers;)

Pulled Pork Tacos with a view. The Beer shandy is compulsory!

Recipe 👇🏻 courtesy of @everything_dandi

1 cup bottled barbecue sauce
¾ cup tomato sauce
1 ½ cups chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup water
3 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ cup honey
¼ cup light brown sugar
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ teaspoons chili powder
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (like Tabasco, I used a chilli oil we had in the cupboard;)
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 medium / large size pork shoulder roast

We put all of the above ingredients into our slow cooker for the morning and pulled the pork with 2 forks once it was 'fall of the bone soft' about 5 hours later.

Such a nice easy entertainers meal, love that you can prep this even the day before. Add tacos, a spicy slaw, lots of lemon wedges, guacamole, chilli and margaritas, enjoy with good friends;)
